Roccat viene acquisita da Turtle Beach
La recente produttrice tedesca di periferiche da gaming per PC Roccat, è stata acquisita il 14 marzo 2019 dalla Turtle Beach, azienda fabbricatrice Statunitense di dispositivi audio, principalmente di cuffie ma anche di schede audio e sintetizzatori MIDI.
Questa acquisizione dovrebbe portare vantaggi ad entrambe le aziende, portando il mercato in altri punti del globo, ad esempio, Roccat potrà espandersi grazie al mercato europeo e nord americano, mentre Turtle Beach si estenderà in Asia.
Il CEO di Turtle Beach Juergen Stark ha dichiarato:
This is a dynamic and strategically important deal for Turtle Beach, We are adding a complementary portfolio of PC gaming mice and keyboards, a skilled PC accessories team, and a highly synergistic distribution footprint.
