Classifica Steam 2024, ecco i titoli più venduti dell'anno

In questi ultimi giorni del 2024, Valve ha svelato, tramite un comunicato ufficiale, la lista dei titoli più venduti sulla piattaforma Steam durante gli ultimi 12 mesi. La classifica Steam 2024, che si basa sul ricavo generato da ciascun titolo (incluse le microtransazioni), è suddivisa in 4 categorie, a partire dalla Platinum contenente i 12 giochi più venduti del 2024, fino ad arrivare alla Bronze che racchiude i titoli fino alla centesima posizione.

Tra i giochi più venduti dell’anno, nella categoria Platinum troviamo soprattutto titoli rilasciati negli ultimi mesi come Helldivers 2, Warhammer 40.000: Space Marine 2, Palworld, Call of Duty Black Ops 6 e Black Myth: Wukong.

Non mancano successi consolidati come Baldur’s Gate 3 e Elder Ring, con quest’ultimo che è rientrato in classifica spinto soprattutto dal rilascio del DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. A completare il quadro, non possono essere assenti i giganti dei Free to Play come Apex Legends, DOTA 2 e Counter Strike 2.

Numerose altre release sono presenti tra tutte le altre categorie: nella categoria Gold (tra la 13ª e la 24ª posizione) troviamo titoli di spessore come EA Sports FC 25, Path of Exile 2 e Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO. Passando alla categoria Silver (24ª-50ª posizione), si distinguono opere attese come S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Granblue Fantasy: Relink, Tekken 8 e Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Infine, la categoria Bronze chiude la classifica con titoli come Persona 3 Reload, Metaphor: ReFantazio, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Silent Hill 2, Balatro e Hades 2. Tra le sorprese di questa sezione troviamo anche Monster Hunter Wilds, che ha raggiunto la top 100 grazie ai soli preorder e Fallout 4, spinto dal successo della serie TV Amazon rilasciata a inizio anno.

Da notare l’assenza sorprendente di alcuni titoli importanti come Starfield e Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, che non sono riusciti a entrare nella top 100.
